Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.

Data Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist and our early-access program are active, or until you ask us to delete it. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Ava — including Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Google Analytics — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted, authenticated access to our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share with us.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live — including under New Jersey’s data privacy law — you may have additional rights regarding your information. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
